Part of the operating system is a recovery partition for recovery.
If the recovery is not possible via the internal recovery partition,
you can order a recovery stick from BARTEC or request the image of
the operating system.

You need following components:
  - external keyboard
  - bootable USB device with OS image
Follow the instruction in the chapter "Recovery".
The only difference is that you need to press the "F7" key on the keyboard
